A native of Indiana, Seth completed his B.S. in Exercise Physiology at Utah Valley University where he spent the majority of his semesters on the Dean’s List.
Seth attended Law School in Phoenix, Arizona at Arizona Summit Law School. He graduated and obtained his J.D. degree in May of 2015. Immediately following graduation, Seth moved to the Roseville, California area and accepted a job with Penney and Associates. During that time, Seth worked extensively under lead trial partner of Penney and Associates Kevin Elder helping him prepare cases for trial and learning from arguably one of the top personal injury trial lawyers in Northern California.
Seth was former house counsel for the go-to-market company AccelerateU where he focused on contracts, and corporate and business law issues. Seth moved into a full time role as a personal injury attorney where his skill set is better applied.
